Yoga & Gentle Stretching

The exercises in this segment will help you stretch and strengthen the muscles you will use when caring for the baby. Involve the entire family! Designed to be used with or without a partner. This is great back-ache prevention for Daddy too.

Pilates

The pilates moves incorporated into this segment are low intensity and focus on the lower body. We all have days when we we're not motivated to exercise - this is the perfect segment for those low energy days.
